Everything was wonderful!
My only complaint is the restaurant is so close to the main doors of the hotel entrance that it’s very cold to sit and have a meal in the winter.

Really nice
We always stay, with you when in the area. This was the first time we Park/slept/fly. The hotel room and staff were good. The shuttle driver to the airport was kind and helpful. The shuttle driver Linda who picked us up was fantastic!! She understanding of our exhaustion after our unfortunate day. She was uplifting with her humor and kindness. She is a great asset to your company.
I waspleased to see a Hilton choice
The Hotel did not have my registration when I arrived. It took the hotel staff close to an hour to get me a room. I asked them to sign me up for an early morning shuttle. They took my info and then when we arrived for the shuttle time, they didn't have us listed. We had to then wait 30 mins for the next shuttle. Since we didn't make it to the airport at the time we requested, the airport was super busy and we almost missed our flight. Also, I received noticed that my parking was expiring a day earlier than paid for. I had to pay $10 extra dollars to ensure that I had the amount of parking that I had booked for. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.

Our outbound experience was as advertised and the shuttle driver on our departure date was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, our return experience was not positive. I called the hotel number (Hilton Garden Inn) over 70 times before anyone came on the line. Their explanation was that the hotel phone system was having continuing problems due to the cyber failure at Crowdstrike. Not an acceptable explanation considering we were approximately 10 days from the original outage and all other airport, airline, and hotel operations were normal. We will likely use your service again in the future but will not select this hotel property.
Love this Hotel.
Very smooth. Good overnight stay. Only waited about 10 minutes when returning. Could be a little more informative about where to park and the emails to expect from the parking vendor - very minor opportunity for improvement when compared to overall stay and service.

The WIFI was not good. They want us to put in Name Address Phone Number email. Which is Way Too Much Information for Free WIFI! I Refused to do that and we had NO INTERNET! Probably won’t stay there again.
